About the Role
Join a values‐driven organisation supporting people to live meaningful, independent and connected lives in their communities. As the CDS Team Leader, you will provide operational leadership to a dedicated team delivering high‐quality, person‐centred supports across NDIS and community care programs. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will work closely with participants, families, support workers and key stakeholders to ensure safe, responsive and empowering services are delivered every day.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and support CDS Support Workers
* Coordinate rosters
* Develop Service Agreements and Schedules of Support
* Support participant plan reviews and service delivery
* Recruit, onboard and supervise staff
* Work collaboratively with families, health professionals and the NDIA
* Assist with complex support needs and behavioural support practices
Qualifications
* Minimum of Certificate III in Community Services or related and/or relevant experience such as Senior Support Worker
* Evidence of working rights within Australia such as a passport or birth certificate
* Current valid Driver's Licence and an insured and registered vehicle
* Satisfactory Police Records Check
* Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current or must obtain prior to employment)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online certificate
