* Collaborate with team members to prioritize workflow and ensure efficient delivery of reports.
* Provide feedback and training to medical experts on medico-legal report writing.
* Resolve emerging problems and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
* Experience or qualifications in allied health, legal, or insurance industries.
* Familiarity with AMA Guides and WorkCover Guides for assessing permanent impairment and disability assessments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
