We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to join an expert Air Conditioning Company in Fyshwick. This role offers a dynamic setting where no two days are the same, combining impactful customer interactions and coordination of office functions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable at managing multiple tasks, and a versatile all-rounder.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict compliance with all operational and logistical company procedures.
Support counter sales activities, including processing customer and sales orders, verifying stock availability, handling customer inquiries and account management, managing credit returns, and invoicing.
Facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records at branches.
Participate in and support stock-take procedures as directed by management.
Assist the Branch Manager across various areas, including general office administration, operational oversight, and staff support.
Maintain the branch\'s appearance and cleanliness.

Previous experience in an Office Management role within a sales, warehouse, or a trade-based setting.

Solid numerical skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
