Operations & Logistics Manager – Rosebery Distribution Centre

Totally Workwear is Australia's largest network of workwear and uniform specialists, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to businesses, trades and industry professionals. As part of a broader multi‑site group operating 20 locations across QLD, NSW and NZ, we deliver reliable, end‑to‑end uniform and safety solutions across our retail, commercial and distribution operations. This role forms part of our NSW operations and will specifically support and service our NSW business units.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all warehouse, logistics and inventory functions within the Rosebery DC
* Leading, coaching and developing a warehouse team with clear communication and delegation
* Implementing structured processes, workflows and SOPs that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability
* Managing inbound/outbound logistics, stock control, pick/pack, dispatch and store replenishment
* Supporting multiple NSW retail stores and commercial units with timely fulfilment
* Utilising ERP systems (SAP preferred or similar) for planning, reporting and operational oversight
* Ensuring all operations comply with safety, quality and industry standards
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimisation
What We're Looking For
Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse or distribution management, ideally in a high‑volume or multi‑site environment
Strong ERP capability — SAP experience highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide and delegate effectively
A forward‑thinking, process‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent planning, communication and organisational abilities
A commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient and high‑performing workplace
