Motorcycle Sales Assistant Position Overview
A successful Sales Assistant will be responsible for contributing to the sales and KPIs of the store by providing superior information on products and services to customers, maintaining shop presentation, ensuring shelving is stocked, cleaning and maintaining showroom standards, and showing commitment and reliability to shifts.
About the Ideal Candidate
* The ideal candidate will be a motorcycle enthusiast with existing retail work experience, able to prioritize effectively and keep active at work. They will enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers, and be proactive, driven, and work well in a team.
* Availability across a 7-day roster is an advantage, as is having a passion or interest in motorcycles. The ideal candidate will also be conscious of workplace safety at all times and available to work over Christmas/New Year.
* The successful Sales Assistant will have a proven track record of achieving targets and have a genuine passion for the motorcycle industry.
