Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Trade Assistant/Plasma Operator to join our team in Esperance, Western Australia. This is a residential role working a 4-day working week. Key Responsibilities: * Plan work to meet delivery expectations. * Undertake nesting and planning of required jobs. * Process materials in line with process controls. * Maintain production records and update stock levels. * Communicate directly with software support teams. * Participate in stock takes and maintain Plasma machines. * Attend meetings and provide input as appropriate. * Train and mentor additional employees to operate the plasma and nesting software. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role. * Good organisational skills and problem-solving ability. * Flexible and cooperative team attitude. * Ability to prioritise workload and read engineering drawings. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
