The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Qube team, to manage the administrative duties of our Port Hedland Project.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
* Secondary or tertiary education
* At least 2 years' working experience in an Administrator role or similar
* Experience in the heavy transport & mining industry (ideal, but not mandatory)
* Highly experienced with all Microsoft Suite applications
* Prior experience with email management, data entry & general administrative duties
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Ability to communicate with a variety of people
* Be able to work well in a team environment as well as be able to work independently
* Assist other administration team members
* Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
* Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly
