Business Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Business Manager to join our team and work closely with our office administration team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with Operations Manager and project teams to support finance, manage HR, compliance, and operations.
What You’ll Do
* Support with accounts payable/receivable and payroll
* Assist with budgeting
* Ensure compliance with staff, subcontractor, and business insurance requirements
* Review and improve administrative procedures, policies, and systems
* Maintain company portals, software, and systems
* Support marketing, communications, and customer relationships
* Coordinate staff administration; including booking accommodation and vehicle servicing
* Manage HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, performance, training, and leave
* Support Work Health & Safety compliance and incident reporting

* Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple priorities
* Skilled in administration, finance, and people management
* Ideally experienced in construction or a fast-paced environment
