Established in 2010, we recognised the need for client-focused surveying and development services tailored to each site's unique requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Position: Land Surveyor/Survey Technician
While much of our work supports subdivision and land development, you'll also have opportunities to be involved in drone surveys, laser scanning, monitoring, infrastructure projects, and construction/engineering surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-field survey computations and preparation
* Party leading on a variety of surveys
* Post-survey data reduction and computations
* Preparing and/or checking survey plans and reports
* Contributing to internal project management software
* Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and project targets
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to build strong relationships
* Contributing to improvements in techniques and procedures
* Maintaining quality assurance and professional standards

ABOUT YOU
You're an adaptable, proactive and detail-focused professional who enjoys variety in your work and collaborating with others. You will have:
* Some experience as a Land Surveyor/Survey Technician or Survey Assistant ready to take the next step
* Relevant qualifications (minimum Advanced Diploma of Surveying)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to interpret plans and technical documents
* Sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A current manual driver's license
* Permanent right to work in Australia
Desirable:
* White Card
* Experience with LISCAD and AutoCAD/BricsCAD
* Familiarity with Leica equipment
