You will be reliable, innovative and have a positive work ethic. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage, and work collaboratively with your peers in a dynamic environment.
**Other key skills and experience include**:
- Customer focus/ engagement experience
- Ability to develop strong relationships and have a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications with a natural ability to build rapport
- Experience in call centre is ideal but retail experience acceptable
- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
