Pay: $21.72ph – $29.94ph

Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
* Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies, procedures and requirements.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
* Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.
Eligibility & Qualifications
* Not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school‐based certificate other than in childcare are still eligible.
* Must have:
* The willingness and motivation to study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
* A permanent right to work in Australia.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good time‐management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
* Flexible availability.
* Interest in early years education.
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willingness to receive).
