We are now seeking a motivated and capable Resources Officer to join our Finance & Resources team in Armidale or Tamworth.
About the Role
As the Resources Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Resources Coordinator to manage the operational requirements of Pathfinders' properties, fleet (vehicles), and IT & Communications (ITC) assets.
This is a varied role that combines asset coordination, compliance and administration, making it ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Previous experience in property management or fleet management is highly desirable
Travel will be required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain records and databases for properties, vehicles, and ITC equipment.
* Assist with property inspections, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
* Support vehicle management including servicing, inspections, and documentation.
* Issue IT equipment and assist with IT support tasks as required.
* Provide administrative support to the Resources team and assist in managing the Resources email inbox.
* Ensure compliance with WH&S and organisational policies.
