My client is part of a global hotel group and looking for a skilled Night Auditor to join their team, providing excellent service to guests and assisting the team with admin support overnight.
**The role**:
- Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests
- assisting with In Room Dining and other guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information
**About you**:
- Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to each customers visit
- Immaculate presentation
- Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays
- A passion for hospitality & enthusiasm for working with a wide range of guests
