* This is a Clerk Grade 7/8 role with a salary range of $113,574 - $125,720 per annum plus superannuation
* Ongoing role based in Sydney, NSW - hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs
About Liquor and Gaming NSW
We are at the pointy end of industry supervision for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered club sectors in NSW. If you want a seat at the table, whether we're reviewing the latest facial recognition technology; advising Government on gambling reform policy; developing initiatives to increase live music venues and festivals; or investigating unlawful liquor or gambling inducement practices, we want to talk to you.

About The Role
Responsible for undertaking complex matters with limited oversight and direction, drafting well-reasoned administrative decisions and contributing to process improvements. The role also provides supervision to less experienced team members and takes part in operational deployments and other compliance activities as required.

About You
We are looking for someone with the ability to learn or has experience in regulatory administrative decision making and the preparation of written recommendations and formal documents with strong written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking someone who can distil complex information clearly and concisely. The role requires strong critical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions. You will enjoy both, working in a team environment and managing a diverse stakeholder group.
