Senior IT Support Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team in a hands-on, multi-faceted support role.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, servers, NAS, and peripherals.
* Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise apps.
* Administer Windows Servers, Dell Servers, RAID, and basic MS SQL.
* Support virtualisation, remote tools, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritise and resolve tickets efficiently, identifying root causes and patterns.
* Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and AI-driven support tools.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years in IT support roles with strong troubleshooting and project support.
* Proficiency in Windows OS, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
