About the role
The Corporate Finance Manager drives CDC’s growth strategy through comprehensive financial modelling, valuations, capital structure assessment, investor relations, contract negotiations, and evaluating opportunities to expand CDC’s data centre portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic planning across CDC.
- Conduct corporate valuations and capital structure analysis to inform funding strategies and optimise financial performance.
- Assist with debt raising activities, including preparation of financing materials and engagement with advisors.
- Support contract negotiations and assess opportunities to expand the data centre footprint.
- Partner on investor relations, ensuring clear communication of CDC’s financial position and strategic direction.

About you
This role suits a candidate with experience in investment banking, M&A;, funds management, corporate development or strategy, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or industrial property sectors.
- Advanced financial modelling skills, including expertise in 3-way models and investment evaluation techniques.
- Strong financial analysis and clear communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outputs.
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
