Receptionist / Service Coordinator

Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm

Barclays Appliance Service Centre is a well-established and highly regarded appliance repair business servicing Ballarat and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist / Service Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organisation and working in a fast-paced service environment .
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. The role involves a mix of customer service, scheduling and administrative duties supporting our technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
* Booking and scheduling appliance repair jobs
* Managing customer emails and service requests
* Preparing invoices and quotes
* Ordering parts and stock when required
* Using ServiceM8, Xero and supplier/aftermarket portals
* Supporting technicians with job coordination
* General administration and office duties
* Light office housekeeping
Skills & Experience
* Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Confident using computers and office systems
* Experience with ServiceM8, Xero or job management software is highly regarded
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
