Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example to deliver outstanding in-store experiences and motivate team members to do the same.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellence in every customer interaction.
* Oversight of daily store operations, management of team members to meet financial targets, and maintenance of visual merchandising standards.
* Serve as the first point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Develop and empower team members through feedback, training, and recognition to foster a positive and productive store culture.
