Our client is looking for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of their high-energy headquarters in South Yarra. This isn't your typical reception role – you'll be working directly with the executive team in a brand-new office, serving as the go-to person who anticipates needs before they're voiced, keeps everything running seamlessly, and brings genuine warmth to every interaction.
The best part? This role has a proven track record as a springboard. Previous receptionists have progressed into Executive Assistant and Management positions, gaining incredible exposure across multiple businesses along the way.
What You'll Do
* Be the welcoming face of the office – creating that all-important first impression with genuine hospitality and polish
* Keep the front desk and shared spaces impeccably presented and running like clockwork
* Support the executive team with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, calendar management, and mail coordination
* Manage meeting room setup and logistics to professional standards
* Assist visitors with everything from Wi-Fi access to meeting room directions
* Oversee kitchen and office supplies, ensuring a comfortable, well-stocked workspace
* Help coordinate internal events and meeting logistics
* Be proactive – spot what needs doing and make it happen
