As a Construction Operations Supervisor, you will oversee site execution and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality modular solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all modular building site installation and yard activities
* Coordinate scopes of work, estimates, and execution planning for standard and custom modular solutions
* Supervise internal teams and subcontractors across multiple trades
* Oversee quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control across over 600 modular assets
You will work closely with the engineering and design teams to prepare and deliver projects with technical precision. As the key link between the branch, clients, subcontractors, and ATCO's internal teams, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless project delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for managing a tight-knit team, driving quality outcomes across multiple local projects, and working directly with a broad range of clients.
This is a hands-on, Townsville based role with plenty of variety, responsibility, and autonomy. You will be trusted to lead and drive outcomes, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements:
* Experience in modular or residential construction, preferably as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor
* Strong knowledge of contractor management, estimating, and scope development
* Solid construction understanding, with the ability to speak the builder's language
* Ideal qualifications include a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or working towards it)
