As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful gardens and lawns in residential and commercial properties.
This is a full-time position that requires reliability, independence, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Lawn care - mowing, edging, aerating, and top dressing.
* Garden maintenance - weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and pest control.
* Hedging and pruning - trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees to maintain shape and health.
* Clean-ups and waste removal - leaf collection, green waste disposal, and general site tidiness.
* Irrigation and watering - checking and maintaining irrigation systems for optimal garden health.
* Power tool use - operating blowers, hedge trimmers, and other garden equipment for efficient service.

What We're Looking For
* Experience must be demonstrated in all three areas: horticulture, turf management, and retirement villages/school gardens.
* Minimum 1-2 years of turf management experience is required.
* Minimum 1-2 years of horticulture experience is required.
* Current WA driver's license (manual preferred).
* Current national police clearance.
* Australian permanent residency status.
* Independence - you'll often work with a teammate but must be able to work alone when required.
* Reliability - punctual, hardworking, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
* Residing north of the river (the day starts and ends in Quinns Rocks).
