Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a professional and motivated Administration Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Assist with general office duties
 * Maintaining neat, tidy & clean front office reception
 * Ad hoc tasks as directed
 * Competently answering phones
 * Accurate message taking
 * Monitor office stock, stationery & kitchen supplies and order appropriately to maintain stock levels
 * General administration assistance - Preparing offers - Agency agreements - Advertising Budgets
 * Ordering signage, photographs & listing properties for sale via online portals
 * Taking accurate minutes of directors meetings
 * Assisting Directors with administrative, office & workflow support
 * Preparation of information memorandums (sales listings)
 * Professional liaison with clients & customers
 * Provision of sales support as required
 * Input enquiries into CRM & generate vendor reports
 * Other support including, but not limited to: -
 Invoice data entry, assistance with database coordination, issuing work orders, updating tenant insurances, producing various reports
Skills & Experience
Prior experience in administration, preferably within the real estate or professional services industries.
 * Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to real estate software (e.g., PropertyMe, VaultRE, Console) will be highly regarded.
 * Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
