About the role As a Foreman you will manage critical day-to-day operations of the project. You will work closely with all sub-contractors, and your site team to ensure your site is safe, your program is on track, and your project is of highest quality. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-spec, high-detail construction projects in Australia, preferably residential apartments. Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Experience working in a Tier 2 main contractor or large residential builder is highly desirable. Proficiency in construction documentation (construction, program, quality, safety). Exceptional time management skills to oversee every aspect of the project without compromising site presence. Strong leadership skills, providing clear direction and support to the team to drive outstanding outcomes. Background in carpentry, offering a solid foundation for overseeing finishing trades. Comprehensive knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards. Proficiency in construction planning, ideally with MS Project. Experience delivering similar projects in Australia with project values over $30 million.
