The Role:
Monday – Friday, and working within a team of 3 self-sufficient individuals – this role will be a breeze You will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the management of 300 properties – all based on the Lower North Shore and within a 3 km radius
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* NO ingoing or outgoing inspections
* NO Accounts
* 1 x Property Manager and 1 x Leasing Consultant for support
* Escalated tribunal appearances (hardly ever)
TheCandidate:The ideal candidate will possess the following;
* Previous Property Management experience is essential
* We are looking for someone who has the ability to deal with high-end clientele
* A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* The ability to provide a high level of service
