**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to human resources or equivalent professional experience. Membership with the Australian Human Resource Institute (or similar) is highly desired.
Your excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
