Job Description
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, manage their time efficiently, and take initiative to grow and develop.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Leadership and Coaching: APS Level 6 roles require leadership responsibility through coaching of APS staff, identifying goals, and organizing team initiatives.
* Finance and Accounting: Experience with FMIS systems like TechOne or similar, and financial qualifications are highly desirable.
* Human Resources and Facilities Management: Experience with HRMIS/ATS/LMS systems, human resources qualifications, and personnel security and/or facilities management experience are essential.
* Communications: Experience in media, stakeholder engagement, or internal communications, and communications or related field qualifications are highly desirable.
