We are seeking a talented and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle activities and programs that promote the social, psychological, recreational, cultural, and spiritual well-being of residents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a kind heart, and a passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct resident assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's preferences and needs.
">
* Plan and implement innovative events and lifestyle activities for residents, involving the wider community, volunteers, and residents' family and friends whenever possible.
">
* Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the lifestyle team.
">
* Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.
">
* Encourage resident choice and participation in individual and group activities.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* A kind heart and passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
">
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar.
">
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
">
* Strong coaching/training skills.
">
* Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
">
* Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents.
">
* Great IT skills.
">
* NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
