Due to a new project kicking off in Clayton, they are looking for an experienced Contract Site Manager to take the lead on site. Your Role This position will see you taking ownership of all site activities from groundworks to final handover. You'll ensure that the project is built to program, within budget, and in line with safety and quality expectations. Your key duties will include: Leading and coordinating all on-site construction activities Managing subcontractors, site staff, and supplier deliveries Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and reporting Monitoring and updating the project schedule Managing site documentation, checklists, and daily reporting Conducting site meetings and liaising with consultants and clients Identifying issues early and resolving them efficiently About You 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction Proven experience in childcare, education, or similar builds Excellent communication and team leadership skills Sound knowledge of structural construction and sequencing Tech-literate and confident using project management tools Ability to manage site independently and drive program outcomes Essential Requirements Construction White Card Working with Children Check (current) Driver’s licence and own vehicle Australian work rights Why Apply?
