We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part Time Lunch Cover Educators to join our team across our network of Y Kindergartens in Victoria. Whether you're an experienced educator, newly qualified, or currently studying your Certificate III or Diploma, this is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a supportive, values‑driven environment.
Where you'll work
Ararat North Kindercare is proud of its connections to the community through the partnership with a local primary school and a supportive learning environment built by the dedicated and experienced team.
With a large outdoor space perfect for exploring the world, the children at Jack and Jill Kindergarten enjoy connecting with the community through their intergenerational program and growing their learning in a high‑quality environment that focuses on their wellbeing.
We are seeking educators looking to grow their experience in dynamic team environments to join these experienced and collaborative teams.
Monday to Friday – 12:30pm to 2:15pm
Jack and Jill lunch cover
Monday to Thursday – 10:45am to 12:15pm
14.75 lunch cover hours per week
What You'll Do
* Support the teaching team during lunch breaks to maintain a caring, safe environment for all children
* Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision across indoor and outdoor play
* Engage positively with children, helping create a sense of fun and security
* Work collaboratively with educators and leaders to uphold the Y's standards of excellence and inclusion

What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward this qualification)
* Reliability, warmth, and a team‑focused attitude
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
