Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Services Coordinator. This role will involve providing high-quality support to patients and staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and working collaboratively with our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control guidelines and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
* Deliver food and beverages to patients and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist with patient catering and environmental services, working productively in a team and independently managing workload.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a catering or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant must provide evidence of a National Police check, Working-With-Children check, and immunisation against infectious diseases at the time of employment.
