About The Role
We are seeking a Multiskilled Domestic Cleaner for our Hillcrest site in Geraldton. You will ensure all areas are hygienic and welcoming, supporting a comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your role involves person-centered communication, respecting residents' dignity, and adhering to Juniper's core values and policies.
This casual position includes a permanent part-time schedule with the following shifts:
* Wednesday: 08:00 – 14:00
* Thursday: 07:00 – 14:30
* Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
* Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Key Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, rubbish disposal, dusting, wiping surfaces, and maintaining resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
* Use cleaning chemicals safely, following relevant safety principles
* Respect residents' property and privacy
* Operate cleaning equipment and PPE properly
Key Requirements
* Valid work rights in Australia
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, procedures, and infection control
* Experience in domestic cleaning, preferably in aged care (desirable)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
