Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and claim value.
* Support customers with electrical product knowledge (TVs, audio and other devices).
* Service customers while managing tasks around their needs.
* Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
* Maintain store visual merchandising and product knowledge.
* Adapt to flexible retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late nights.
Requirements
* Passion for retail and customer service.
* Highly motivated and results driven.
* Ability to work in a customer‐focused retail environment.
* High level of electrical product knowledge (TV, audio, peripherals).
* Excellent communication and team‐working skills.
* Flexibility across retail trading hours.
