About the Role
Vision Personal Training Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to step into a Personal Training Sales Manager role with a clear pathway into Studio Management.
This is not a standard Personal Trainer position.
The role is sales‐led and leadership‐focused, designed for someone with proven industry experience who enjoys accountability, autonomy, and driving results.
There are clear provisions to move into a full‐time salaried Sales / Studio Manager role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
As the Personal Training Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of the Personal Training business within the studio.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving personal training sales, including consultations, sign‐ups, upgrades, and retention
* Managing the end‐to‐end client journey, from onboarding through to progress and long‐term engagement
* Supporting, coaching, and developing trainers to meet performance and service standards
* Contributing to the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of coaches
* Leading local marketing, lead generation, and community outreach initiatives
* Monitoring and managing KPIs including sales, utilisation, retention, and client satisfaction
* Maintaining a positive, high‐performance studio culture
* Overseeing day‐to‐day studio operations related to personal training delivery and sales
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential)
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Personal Trainer
* Strong confidence in sales conversations, consultations, and closing
* The ability to work autonomously, manage your time, and take ownership of outcomes
* High professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous management or leadership experience within a fitness environment
