About the Role
Work within a transdisciplinary team of passionate therapists throughout the Kimberley region.
We provide therapy services in our well-equipped facilities but mainly visit our participants in their own homes.
Furthermore we provide therapy services in very remote areas and communities.
Therefore we offer professional 4WD courses to make sure you have the best experience reaching your clients in our company vehicle on dirt roads or through river crossings.
We also charter private aircrafts to get you in some of the most remote and pristine communities that Australia has to offer.
You will have the opportunity to work with children and adults who are culturally and linguistically diverse and have a wide range of disabilities.

Our mission is to provide high quality, culturally sensitive therapy intervention to individuals throughout the wide Kimberley region.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Occupational Therapists who shares our values to join our teams in Broome and Kununurra.
Our aim is to be culturally aware and assist in building the capacity of the person, their families, their community and/or their support teams to develop the strengths of each individual to promote engagement within their community.
Experience and Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Current membership with APRA (Full registration)
Therapists with all skill levels are encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal manner and cross-cultural skills for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Willingness to learn and grow
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Willing to obtain NDIS Worker's Clearance
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Vaccinated for Covid19 (Recommended 3 vaccinations)
Current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR

Annual Salary Range
$89,927 – $93,049 per year
