We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Full Time People and Culture Admin Support Officer to join our team on a short-term 4-6 month contract commencing in mid-late March to cover a secondment position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a foundation in HR who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

You’ll provide day-to-day HR and admin support across the full employee lifecycle by assisting with recruitment and onboarding, supporting staff inductions, ordering uniforms, assisting with the coordination of our wellbeing program, and generalised administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow across all aspects of people, culture and work health safety.

The Role

* Supporting the coordination of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
* Assisting with employee performance management processes and supporting managers.
* Supporting employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Completing general HR and administrative record keeping.
* Ordering uniforms and ensuring staff have what they need to do their job well.
* Supporting compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and internal policies and preparing agendas and diary management for committee meetings.
* Assisting with training and development coordination
* Ensure a tidy and professional office environment.
* Coordinating IT tickets, asset management & troubleshooting

About You:

* Hold a Diploma (or be working towards) a degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Ideally have at least 1–2 years’ experience in HR or People & Culture administration
* Be organised, proactive, and confident working with people at all levels
* Be keen to build your knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and compliance
* Have excellent communication and administration skills, with great attention to detail
* Have some experience with payroll systems (Employment Hero experience is a plus)
* Be comfortable working on-site at our Yarra Glen estate (own transport required)
* Be available Monday–Friday (a hybrid request will be considered at the time of application).
* You must have full permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
