You will apply expert clinical judgement, influence best practice, and support multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience, safety, and outcomes.*** **Provide advanced autonomous clinical leadership and expert consultancy to support safe, high-quality care across remote services.*** **Lead and support clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development, aligned to contemporary evidence-based practice.*** **Mentor, educate, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive learning culture and workforce capability.****Working with us*** For 1 year will get you an **isolation bonus** of AUD$3,605. If you stay for 2 years you will get AUD$10,815... and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will get AUD$7,210 (pro rata for part time employees).* **In your downtime,** we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (full time employees) (inc. spouse/dependents) or 1 return airfare p.a.
