Main Responsibilities:
* Culture & Change Leadership: Design and lead targeted cultural change initiatives that significantly enhance employee engagement, retention, and well-being, ensuring seamless delivery of core services.
* Talent Development: Create and facilitate development programs that build leadership skills and future-proof talent pipelines, addressing critical business needs.
* Coaching & Advisory Services: Provide expert coaching and advice on complex Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, promoting effective management and compliance.
* HR Strategy Implementation: Drive and execute employee lifecycle strategies, ensuring smooth delivery of all core HR services while providing strategic counsel on people-related decisions.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of partnering with executive leaders in industrial or construction environments, demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to engage credibly at all levels of the organization.
