Financial Management Role
The position involves assisting the Chief Financial Officer in managing financial activities, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and contributing to forecasting and cash flow management.
* Assist the CFO in overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
* Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Contribute to budget planning and cash flow management to ensure effective financial resource allocation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
* Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Qualifications
* Demonstrate advanced computer skills, particularly in accounting software.
* Possess a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications.
* Be a practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its values and mission.
* Previous experience in church accounting would be advantageous.
* Hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People check/card and a current driver's license.
