Join the Mental Health Services Workforce Team at South Western Sydney Local Health District and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality mental health care across the district. As an Administration Officer, you will contribute to a team that ensures our services run smoothly, efficiently and professionally. This role offers the opportunity to support essential workforce and recruitment functions, build strong relationships with managers and staff, and gain valuable experience in areas such as recruitment, staffing, rostering and payroll processes. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
2. Please describe your experience using StaffLink and/or HealthRoster System. Include the tasks you performed and the volume or complexity of work you managed.
3. Please outline your understanding in providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and workforce related processes.
4. This role involves managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workforce and staffing environment. Please provide an example of how you prioritised competing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality service delivery.
