* Manage and advocate for clients through the full claims process, acting as a trusted partner during critical moments.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex and high-value corporate claims.
* Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurers throughout the claims process.
* Provide expert guidance and advocacy to ensure optimal claim outcomes.
* Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers on claims strategy.
* Monitor claim trends, provide reports and recommendations for risk mitigation.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in commercial insurance claims, ideally with corporate/enterprise clients.
* Strong knowledge of a range of commercial lines.
* Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
