Position Details
Accounts Officer
Ursula Frayne Catholic College is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our College Services team on a full-time basis. The Accounts Officer supports the financial operations of the College through the administration of Accounts Receivable, including the management of school fees and music tuition accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile Accounts Receivable weekly.
Prepare, distribute, and follow up fee accounts in accordance with College policy.
Assist the Director Finance, Strategy & Risk with debt management and control.
Process daily bank reconciliations for Direct Debits, BPAY, and Credit Card transactions.
Manage Music Tuition module, including tutor communications and payment schedules.
Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
Provide general support to the Director of Finance, Strategy & Risk and Director of College Services as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in accounts receivable or financial administration.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems (AoS experience desirable).

Conditions of Employment
This is a full-time, 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, ongoing position the Admin and Tech Officers Salary Schedule Level 4 / 6.
