1. Partner with the Site Manager to provide operational support.
2. Manage staff, pets, bookings, maintenance, administration, and customer service.
3. Ensure a clean and safe environment for pets, meeting individual needs, and providing exceptional experiences.
The role involves leading a high-performing team through teamwork, clear expectations, and consistent delivery of outstanding service. You will oversee site operations when the Site Manager is unavailable, making informed decisions and addressing issues.
Maintain site-based social media pages, showcase the facility, engage customers, and attract new bookings. Assist with staff training, identify areas for improvement, and offer ongoing training opportunities.
Identify and raise maintenance, repair, or inventory requirements to ensure a resourced, safe, and welcoming environment.
