Role Overview
UMENCO, a contemporary accessories and RTW brand known for its pared‐back minimalistic ethos, is seeking a Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
* Oversee marketing initiatives across the brand, including content creation, social media, wholesale marketing, and strategic campaigns.
* Build and deliver the brand's marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
* Manage performance against KPIs, drive growth, and partner with external agencies on paid social strategies and eCommerce content.
* Plan and deliver EDM campaigns, support campaign shoots, and contribute to seasonal content development.
* Oversee influencer partnerships, manage gifting and sample processes, and support wholesale partners' marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with external creatives and agencies to produce imagery and content that reflect the brand identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
* Minimum four years of experience in a similar marketing role within the fashion industry.
* Relevant qualification in marketing or a related field.
* Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable working in a quick‐paced workplace.
* Solid proficiency with Adobe Suite, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
* Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
