Role DescriptionAs a Sales Agent at Hockingstuart Real Estate, you’ll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:Generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling, and networkingBuilding relationships with buyers and sellersHosting property inspections and open homesConducting auctions and negotiation processesCoordinating contract signings and transaction management QualificationsProven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targetsA minimum qualification of an Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate PracticeA valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)A self-motivated, results-driven attitudeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProfessional demeanor with a client-first mindsetGenuine passion for real estate and a commitment to a long-term career in the industry
