HealthWISE is seeking an Accredited Practising Dietitian to join our innovative Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Pilot Program in Moree. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing shared care to people living with diabetes.
As part of our multidisciplinary approach, you will work alongside GPs, nurses, and other allied health professionals to improve patient outcomes, reduce complications, and support chronic disease management in a primary care setting.
About the Role: Deliver high-quality dietetic assessments, intervention, and education Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive MDT framework Provide individual and group-based dietary support to clients Contribute to program planning, development, and evaluation Engage with community groups and Aboriginal Health services to ensure culturally appropriate care About You: Tertiary qualifications in Dietetics/Nutrition Eligibility for registration as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia Ability to work both autonomously and within a team Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities (desirable) Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required Why Join HealthWISE?
