Job Description
The Director Pathway Support plays a critical role in supporting the management of applications for review during the case management phase, including working with the Tribunal's senior leadership and other operational directors to deliver on the Tribunal's statutory and other objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in service delivery and in developing and maintaining productive relationships with senior stakeholders. You will have a detailed understanding of the Tribunal's legislative and policy context and demonstrated experience in working in a challenging and high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
The Director Pathway Support oversees the delivery of a range of case management strategies and initiatives, including the Tribunal's caseload strategy and caseload priority framework, and the timely progression of cases to finalisation or readiness for allocation to a member for hearing.

Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to manage and implement change, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote a positive approach to dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.

* Proven capacity to deliver results, successfully lead or deliver complex projects, develop creative solutions, and manage risks appropriately.
* Security Clearance – Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
