Role Description:
This role will initially involve visiting client properties to create detailed floor and site plans using provided tools. As your skills develop, you may progress to photographing properties, operating drones for aerial photography, and eventually videography and video editing.
Responsibilities:
* Floor Plan Creation: Promptly measure and sketch floor plans of properties using grid paper, laser measure, and pencil.
* Photography: Capture images of properties using professional cameras and equipment.
* Drone Photography: Operate drones safely and effectively to capture aerial photographs.
* Client Relations: Maintain professional relationships with real estate agents and clients under high pressure/distracting situations.
* File Management: Upload and download files online for sharing and editing.
Requirements:
* Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good with small talk and fast paced chatting with vendors.
* Resources: Must have suitable camera gear and the skills to use it.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and detailed work.
* Humility:Willingness to learn new skills
