The Opportunity
Senior Building Certifier – Level 1 / Level 2
North Sydney | Commercial Projects | Flexible Working
We're seeking an experienced Level 1 or Level 2 Building Certifier to join our Sydney team in North Sydney. You'll work across a diverse range of commercial projects, supported by a capable team and leadership that trusts you to do your job, without micromanagement. This role is ideal for someone who wants to do quality work, have a voice, and be part of a team that's moving forward together.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assessing, approving and finalising Building Applications
* Providing practical, clear advice to clients on compliance matters
* Preparing accurate fee proposals and managing projects end-to-end
* Conducting site inspections and producing high-quality reports
* Collaborating with project teams and attending meetings as required
* Reviewing and issuing certification documentation
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You
* Registered Building Surveyor (Level 1 or Level 2)
* Strong commercial project experience
* Solid understanding of the NCC and relevant legislation
* Clear communicator with strong report-writing skills
* Organised, professional, and proactive
* Current driver's licence
