**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a professional Customer Relationship Officer with student services / international education experience to join their team in Ultimo. This is an estimated 7-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Interrogate the CRM on the success of lead generation activities by measuring shifts in key metrics,
- Generate routine reports to support informed decision making outcomes
- Maintain on-going contact with international students
- Integrate inbound enquiry management with segmented and targeted outbound communication to international students and their influencers, driving conversion
- Scrutinize CRM requests to determine the most efficient customer service approach
- Build, grow and market to a database of International student alumni to engage and develop ambassadors
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure CRM system works effectively and is integrating with the Student Management System
- Respond to CRM database matters to mitigate delays in response to student enquiries
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain data to inform business decisions
- Support the International Admissions team, when required
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You**
- Professional, Resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, decision making, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite

**Requirements**:
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Valid Working With Children's Check and undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
