Within our specialised stroke service, you'll work alongside a small, passionate group of clinicians committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate and evidence-based stroke care. About The Role
* Coordinate and streamline stroke care pathways
* Support clinicians in delivering evidence-based stroke management
* Provide education to staff across the service
* Work closely with patients and families throughout the recovery journey
* Contribute to clinical audits and service improvement initiatives
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership and service development. You'll work independently, prioritising complex needs while playing a key role in driving stroke excellence across the hospital.
About You
* Is passionate about stroke care and committed to evidence-based practice
* Is a confident communicator and natural educator
* Is comfortable working autonomously and leading service improvements
* Is an experienced nurse or allied health professional with a desire to grow
* Has a strong clinical background and commitment to best‐practice stroke care
Support And Development
* Structured orientation to the stroke service
* Training in Telestroke pathways
* Education in national stroke care standards
* Support in clinical auditing and quality improvement processes
